Our Founder

Founded by Ursula Spencer, an award-winning technologist with over two decades of experience designing and delivering technology-enabled systems across education, enterprise, and the public sector.

Ursula consistently saw a gap between learning about careers, technology, and systems—and actually understanding how decisions are made inside them. Dope Nerds was created to close that gap through AI-powered, scenario-based learning experiences focused on outcomes, confidence, and real-world readiness.
